CAN I CHANGE THE FLOORPLAN LAYOUT?
A leading team of architects and interior architects have designed a well-considered and functional living space. The floorplan is not able to be changed which is why a variety of floorplan options are available.


WHAT SIZE IS THE FRIDGE SPACE?
The fridge space is 1000mm which accommodates large family fridges.

 

HOW MANY NEW TREES & PLANTS ARE YOU PLANTING?
Third Avenue is developed around a sense of open space and wellconsidered planning. You can learn more about the new trees and open space in the Landscaping Plan. click here

WHERE ARE THE POWER POINTS, SWITCHES, TV AND INTERNET POINTS LOCATED?
The location of all the powerpoints and switches have been considered in advance by a leading team of interior architects for optimum placement. More information can be supplied on request. click here

I WANT TO HAVE ALL DRAWS IN THE KITCHEN, CAN YOU CHANGE THIS FOR ME?
The kitchen cabinetry layouts have been carefully considered by a leading team of interior architects for functionality with a range draws and cupboards. You can request a plan for more detail. click here

WILL THERE BY A BBQ IN THE COMMUNAL SPACES?
Every home has been designed with entertaining in mind. Large open plan living area’s feature balconies with space for a BBQ and outdoor setting.


CAN I HIRE ONE OF THE COMMUNAL SPACES FOR A PARTY OR EVENT?
As a resident, you can use the spacious communal areas for a small function. Further details about this are included in the Contract.

ARE THERE VISITOR CARPARKS ALLOCATED?
Each townhouses has 1-2 car parking spaces for use by its resident &/or guests.


WHAT KIND OF PLANTS WILL BE IN MY FRONT YARD?
A variety of ground cover and greenery will be planted in the front and rear yards. You can learn more about this in the Landscaping Plan. click here


THE TOWNHOUSE I WANT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE OPEN SPACE AREA – CAN I HAVE A GATE THAT GIVES ME DIRECT ACCESS?

WILL MY GARAGE FIT MY BIG SUV?
All townhomes are designed with standard SUV and passenger vehicles in mind. A typical large SUV is approx. 5m long and the garages are all at least 6m long.

IS THE ROAD A PRIVATE ROAD, JUST FOR RESIDENTS?
The communal open spaces are designed as central green spaces which link the development together to form a walkable, pedestrian friendly environment. The driveway is a private road for residents only, designed with people and residents in mind. The design features a mixture of brick paving, landscaping and bitumen which encourages privacy of the driveway and allows pedestrians to feel safe walking throughout.


WHAT AM I /AREN’T I ALLOWED TO PUT ON MY BALCONY?
We want you to feel at home in your townhouse, surrounded by other quality dwellings and like-minded residents. Further details about what you can/cannot put on your balcony are included in the Contract.


THERE ARE PLANTS BETWEEN ME AND THE NEIGHBOURING TOWNHOUSES – IS IT ME OR THEM WHO OWNS THEM/LOOKS AFTER THEM?
The landscaping visible to the public will be maintained by the Community Corporate. Landscaping within private back or front yards are maintained by the individual resident.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE THE CREEK ON WILBERFORCE WALK FROM MY LIVING ROOM/ BEDROOM IN THE LINDEN RESIDENCES?
There will be some visibility of trees & landscaping from the bedrooms and living rooms.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UPKEEP OF THE CREEK ON WILBERFORCE WALK?
The creek is not the responsibility of individual townhouse owners.
