WHEN CAN I SEE INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSES?
Safety is a top priority. For this reason, access to the construction site is not permitted. Purchasers will be able to view the townhouses before settlement, as part of a pre-settlement walkthrough.
I’VE JUST PURCHASED – HOW DO I GET UPDATES ON THE PROGRESS OF THE BUILD?
We want to keep you as updated as possible, whether you are a purchaser or still considering a purchase. As a valued purchaser, you will receive construction and settlement updates throughout the progressing stages of construction via email and phone.
WHAT ABOUT MY PET - CAN THEY LIVE AT THIRD AVENUE?
We love your fury friend as much as you do. All townhouses at Third Avenue allow pets so you can take them with you to your brand-new home. Refer to the by-laws in the Contract for further information.
I’VE JUST PAID MY DEPOSIT – WHERE WILL IT BE HELD?
Your deposit will be held in the trust account nominated on the Contract until settlement. The deposit is transferred upon settlement as part of the total purchase price. It will be held within an interest-bearing trust account which means you will not be out-of-pocket when paying your upfront deposit, apart from various fees and charges as detailed in the Contract.
WHAT DEPOSIT DO I NEED?
As standard, a deposit is 10% of the purchase price.
I NEED A LOAN TO BUY – HOW DOES THIS AFFECT ME?
Off-the-plan purchases require an upfront 10% deposit and generally do not permit finance clauses. Other than the deposit, there is nothing else to pay until settlement. Your financial adviser should be able to assist with your loan requirements.
