Brickwork for the Ash, Elm and Linden Residences are now complete and the first roofs are going on now. We have also started installing windows and doors on the Ash, Elm, Linden & Birch Terraces.
Every day at Third Avenue is framing day! Frames are now up for all Ash & Elm Terraces as well as all Linden Residences. The frames for the Brich Release are still underway. Be sure to drive by and see our new community coming to life.
